Development plan templates
You no longer need to spend time creating each plan manually. Simply configure plans once and save them as templates.
Templates can be reused for any standard process: probationary onboarding, intern onboarding, and role- and competency-based growth plans.

Creating a development plan template
Motivational notifications for employees and supervisors
If a development plan contains incomplete activities or its goals have not been updated within a specified period, the employee and supervisor will receive automatic notifications.
Reminders can be sent through any convenient channel: email, Telegram, Bitrix24, Slack, or the Appraise web interface.
Comments on development activities
Any goal in an individual development plan can now be commented on, so no discussions or agreements will be lost. Employees, supervisors, managers, and administrators can:
- leave comments;
- view the full discussion history for a task;
- record interim results and agreements directly in the IDP, without messaging back and forth;
- attach a link to the completed task result.
Other participants will see a notification and can answer the question or record the agreement.

Independent creation of an individual development plan
Employees no longer need to contact managers or HR to add plans to the platform. They can create and edit their IDPs directly from their employee profile or assessment results. The supervisor only needs to approve the changes and launch the plan.
Quick progress tracking
A small but welcome change that users have long requested: individual development plan progress is now visible on the employee profile home page. It is easier to see what has already been completed and what remains to be done.
